Cancellation Policy
Cancellations that occur on the same day will result in a $25 fee that will be due upon rescheduling. Clients that fail to show or miss the appointment will incur a 50% no-show fee, which will be charged to the credit card on file or due when rebooking. (We are unable to recoup staff time waiting for you and could offer this appointment time to another client who is on our waiting list.) Clients who are more than 15 minutes late will need to reschedule, if there is not enough time to complete the service(s), and there will be a charge of a no-show fee upon rebooking. (When you are late, it can cause our staff to run late and make the next client wait or shorten their scheduled time and that’s not fair.)
